Hey all i can't believe ive been a member of 3fc for nearly a month now and ive only just noticed this forum
just in case you've not read anything ive wrote about myself in the other forums im 30 been over weight all mylife im in to all things rock and metal and iam trying to lose weight just by a low fat heathy diet with more exercise, i have a 20 mth son who's my life these days along with my yummy hubby
ive about 84pounds which for all you other brits is 6stones such a long way to go but im very confident that i will do it this time.
It's great having another Brit here!!
