  • So I changed the name from food log to food accountability. Hope you don't mind! My new way of thinking is that I need to write it down no matter how ugly it is. I think making myself aware and accountable for what I'm putting into my body will be helpful.

    7:30 - Decaf w/splenda (2)
    8:00 - String cheese (1)
    10:00 - Orange bell pepper slices (3)
    12:00 - Tacos! (10)
    4:30 - Sauteed broccoli slaw (2)
    7:30 - Baked salmon & roasted asparagus (3)
    8:00 - 2 lc mini brownies (16 counting sugar alcohols - oy!)
    9:00 - Red wine (4 )

    Total = 41
    8 veggie carbs!
