Heavensbug is right - the hardest part is being able to have the odd blow out and get back on track. Being able to do this - means you will be more easily able to keep weight off when you reach target - because that's what thin people do isn't it - ie have bad days - but then they are good.
I'm too scared to have blow out as I don't trust myself yet to be able to get back on track - so in a way it's a good thing chick!
