ive fallen right of the waggon

  • well i dont know if any of you remember me saying that i was going out sat night and i was worried about the booze, well i fell right of the waggon i had 5pints then i had to have something to eat when i got home and then i was hungover yesterday and had a real binge all day. today im right back on though ive biked in to work (4miles) and ive cut back today on my eating and iam back on track. but i really am going to try to say off the booze next time i go out as its not good for mind or body. just as well i dont get to go out very offen
  • But your back on it now

When I fall off I usually stay off and don't hop back on for a LONG time!

Thing is just to see it as a 'glitch'. Just tell yourself 'okay I've had a bad day(s), but I restart NOW', which it looks like you are doing!

  • Heavensbug is right - the hardest part is being able to have the odd blow out and get back on track. Being able to do this - means you will be more easily able to keep weight off when you reach target - because that's what thin people do isn't it - ie have bad days - but then they are good.

I'm too scared to have blow out as I don't trust myself yet to be able to get back on track - so in a way it's a good thing chick!

  • I don't think I've been properly on track since I went to Blackpool for three days in June! I think I'm a few pounds heavier than I was then
  • thanks guys i just thought i would run it by you lot first just in case i was fibbing to myself about how it was ok. And i dont know what and how thin folks stay thin, but i wish i did

When you find out ~ can you let me know!
