Weekly goal thread

  • I am starting this even though it is already Wednesday. I need it to keep me honest. Jump in if you want to.....

    Rest of this week:
    1. stay OP!!!
    2. drink 2-3 liters of water & vitamins daily
    3. do food log
    4. get to gym 2 times at least

    I CAN do this!!!!!

    *Keep up with at LEAST 64oz of water per day.

    *Say at least one positive thing about myself every day.
