I'm Trying ...

  • I have been on this psychological journey to lose weight and become fit for 30+ years, I have begun to make FORWARD progress for the first time in my life. It is a minute by minute battle that I plan to win, while learning from others who have walked the road ahead of me.

    Along the way I hope to gain knowledge that may help others and keep me helping myself, it is after all my journey and my end.
