Shrink away!

  • Who actually does their inches here? I have noticed a lot us talk about not forgetting them but don't see hardly anyone that actually seems to measure and keep track of how many they have lost.


    I am measuring mine today for the re-start last weekend. I am thinking that maybe once a month would be good. Although I might go every other week if I seem to notice a bigger change in how my clothes are fitting......which do you guys think would be better? Once a month, or twice?
  • I measure whenever I think about it. I haven't really charted my inch loss like I have my pound loss, but I know where I started on my biceps, chest, waist, hips and thighs and I know where I am now on them.
  • I do a full measurement every six weeks. But I measure my waist more often. And I check myself in full length mirror everyday, LOL. That actually has kept me motivated to stay on the plan to get myself rid of all these bulges.
  • When I started I weighed and measured (waist, chest, thigh and hips) myself every week. I haven't done that lately---afraid to!!!
  • I do my measurements monthly.. Although the last couple of months I havent.. But I will be measuring tmo as it is my 1 year anniversary adn I want to know what my totals are!
