    7:30 2 cheddarwurst sausages (4) 3 cups dark green salad (6) then I needed a piece of LC wheat bread (5) to soak up the grease in my belly from the second sausage when I should have only eaten ONE. Grr...

    Dessert:1 Pear (21) I had a craving for them sooooooo bad, I figured it's fruit, what the heck?! I didn't know it had 21 carbs in it! After the fiber! Oh well, I enjoyed it.
