I just wanted to introduce myself. I am new here and am looking forward to talking with you all. I may just linger for a while to get an idea of how things work around here. Or I may just jump right in like I am now. I'm a gemini so I can never make up my mind what I want to do. I look forward to meeting all of you and learning a few things about my self and others.

WELCOME!!! Please feel free to jump in whenever you like. As you can probably see we have chat threads that we update every 30 messages. And then there are a couple other threads, usually at the top, for bios, pics, weigh-ins, etc. This is a fabulous group of women and a great support system! I hope you will enjoy getting to know us all and letting us get to know you!

Nice to meet you. I know what you mean about driving your husband nuts. I do it too. I haven't had too much time to read everything here yet. I am recovering from surgery so I am tired a lot right now.
But I hope to be completely updated before I go back to work and can start exercising and being active again.
