August Weightloss Goals

  • Ah geez....I'm gonna say..... 6 lbs for August.
  • Okay, I'm going to try for 7 this month.
  • I am going for 8 lbs. in August.
  • I would like to be down to the 310's so my goal is to be 319. I almost cried when i hit 329, don't know what'll happen when I hit 319.
  • I'm going for 5 this time. I lost at least five this past month (July) gained it back and here I am again putting it as my goal. Heck, I think I'll make it 6! Somewhere on one of these post I put down 10# as my goal for Labor Day, and I'll be aiming for it, but I think I'll come closer to my goal of 6 on this post.
    How's that for not making much sense???::
  • I have my weigh in tomorrow but for August, I am going for -4 since I know I didn't make the -7 this month! Ugh.
  • My REAL goal is to be pregnant ( ) by the end of August, BUT if that doesn't happen I am setting 4 pounds for my August goal. The weight seems to be coming off slowly, but I am pleased that it is coming off!
  • I'm aiming for 6 this month!
  • Put me down for 6 pounds this month.
  • Hmm....well I'll go with 8 again......we'll see what happens

    I'm going to shoot for my GOAL WEIGHT. 3.5 pounds!!!! I'm gonna be doing a lot of whining I know, but by dang I wanna get there!!!!!!!


    Kiko, your goal for August....to get prego?????.....not sure anyone on the forum can help you, but sheesh, everyone is so nice and caring maybe someone can come up with something.
  • I'm in for 8 - I've been weighing in Thursdays. I was 241 this past Thurs.
  • I wanna play too! My goal is to be down 10 pounds! Which would take me to 260 on one of my TWO wrong scales, my REAL weight is unknown, I just use the scale that says more, that way I don't have to lose weight twice. Oh right, and my goal is to 100% start South Beach at the END of the long weekend (I've been weaning myself off sugar slowly because I'm EXTREMELY addicted!).
