i have gotten so large that the only thing i can wear in my closet is baggy shirts and jogging pants. i cant wait to be able to wear my smaller clothing. anything but jogging pants, i feel so frumpy.

I love clothes and have some wonderful things,,,that fit,,,I want them all smaller when Im smaller...so I will have to find a cheap clothing alterationist...

I have no desire to wear a bathing suit, but I wouldn't gripe if I could fit into one and look good. But I voted for the lingerie!

I love how it feels underneath my clothes. I used to have a lot, but since the surgery I haven't bought any that fit correctly! And then I figured that I would like to lose some weight before I do!!

I have come to realize, that I NEED to buy clothes now at my current weight....it makes me feel better about myself which really helps with the efforts of wanting to get myself in better shape. Hiding behind baggy clothes and sweats for me now is only at home.(you've all read the stories!!) I need to have confidence in myself at the present time. For me, I think that is the only way I can succeed with my battle of the bulge!!

I chose the lingerie because i feel so unsexy and unattractive right now and would love to WOW my sweetie. However I would be sooo happy if I could fit into 2 pairs of lw rider Levi jeans that I fit into X-mas two years ago. My mom got them for me and even though I still wanted and needed to lose 20 pounds, I felt so good in them, I would walk around the mall and stores with my head held high , thinking i didn't look to bad. I was proud that I had got that far to fit into size 9. I also realized for a pear shape like me, low rise jeans are perfect. For people with a pear shape, it is hard to find jeans that fir right. If they fit good in the thigh area, they are too big in the waist and if they fit good in the waist, they are painted on in the thigh area. So for big butted thighed pear shaped woman, skipping the waist all together with the low risers is wonderful. So , I will be so happy once i can get back into those, since I can't even get them half way up my thighs now. Ok, enough of this talk, I am getting very sad. WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH. I hate being overweight and sad. ;-)

Shanna--Let's go shopping at Victoria Secrets or ....heck lost the name of the other lingerie place...this christmas....who cares what our sweeties think..(I'm sure they'll like it anyway) just make ourselves feel good!!!!

I love lingerie,,,lacy panties, matching bras...my favorite set is red velvet, push up bra and bikini style panties. I also have a lacy set similar , with leaves and roses on it

And Cristi, I have a thong and could do without it,,,lol I don't like it

I don't like things either, I prefer G-strings. there is less to get bunched up in the old caboose. Thongs feel like I have a wad of washcloth up my bottom, g-strings just feels like nothing, but both do not flatter my big rear end, so those nice sexy panties just sit in my drawer waiting for the time they can be worn without shame or in my case probably until the disinegrated from sitting there forever

I vote for itty bitty underwear that takes a total of 2 inches of cloth to make because I'm soooo sick of the tent-like, grocery-bag-looking, 'swaddling cloth for small child' underwear I'm wearing. LOL and I hate hubby to see them, like when I'm folding laundry. They look 10 times bigger when you're holding them up in front of your face than they do all filled out, and while I know that if I got so big that he had to cart me back to the bedroom in a wheelbarrow to love me, he would, but it would still be nice not to be ashamed for him to see my underwear.
