Hey People.

  • Hello. Im new here, this looks like a cool place and i hope to make friends with some of you guys. Im a 30something single mum to a 4 and a half year old. I can't believe how fast these last 5 years have flown by! Im trying to get back to a reasonable weight. Im one of these chics that go from one extreme to the other, hence ive been anywhere from 14 stone to 28! I won't say how much i weigh right this moment but it's no where near to where i want it to be! lolol.
Well, im thinking of going on a diet by lighterlife. Ive heard it works really well. So wish me luck.
  • Hi there,

No need to worry about 'speaking your weight' here - there are lots of people in the same boat. Personally my highest weight was around 3 years ago (18 stone 8.5lbs!!!). At the moment I'm 12st 13lbs, which I'm doing my best to get rid of. Would like to be around 11st-11 st 7lbs, but will see how I look if I can ever get there!!

I'm doing Weight Watchers, and have lost 15lbs in 11 weeks. Never heard of the lighterlife diet - what does that involve? Whatever you decide to do though, I wish you luck and at least you've made a step in the right direction. There are loads of people here to share experiences with and who will understand what you're going through.

    Take care x
