  • i'd say about 15-20 weeks, if you continue losing about 2 lbs per week. Then I would add a couple of weeks just in case you plateau for some odd reason. good job so far, and good luck!!!
  • I'm new too and need to know some things from those of you who have been on south beach diet. I am starting next week when I com back from vacation. I know phase 1 is strict but on phase 2 if I have to have pasta, is it better to use a low carb product or whole wheat and forget about carbs?
