Wendyjo, can you post the name of the region you live in (if you don't want to say the city or state) and we can all help you find this stuff? I know that my local Wegman's has a small selection in the Nature's Market, but the Wegman's a town over has a huge selection. You can always ask them to order it, or you can drive to another town and pick it up. The good thing about pasta is that it lasts forever!
Jenn, is the low carb pasta whole wheat? If not, it's not really SBD. Remember, we really don't care about carbs. We can have Durum Semolina from time to time (it's in the Very Limited category), but otherwise, you want to stick with whole wheat, spelt, soy, etc. What are they using to make your pasta low carb? The ones I have seen are very light in color, making me think that they are a combo of semolina and soy or rice. Is that true? If so...not the best choice, sadly. I'm sure they taste good!
