Just returned from the gym and I am down a miserable .1kg this week

Maybe I am developing muscle and we all know muscle weighs more than fat
I decided to do a bit of a measure and I have lost 5cm off my thighs but only 3 cm off my waist. I am what you call an apple shape and I don't really want to loose any centimetres of my thighs, I would like it to ALL come off my hip, waist and stomach
The good thing is that I am down on last week, I won't complain too much.

Sounds like you had a great holiday, especially catching up with your dd's must have been good. New dinnerset and a new service, it will be nice to re-organise all your cupboards and start using all the new stuff.
Peggy How did the 2 showings go with your house, hope you managed to get your basement dried out.
We have blueberries in the shops but I have never seen them cheap

I must check next summer where they come from, I don't think they are grown in South Australia. They are supposed to be very good for you, besides looking and tasting great in a fruit salad.
Cool day here today, I have to get my stuff ready to go to see our tax agent tomorrow, what a boring tedious job
