The past month I've only been able to work out at most twice a week, already a damaging change to my body as I like to work out at least 5 days a week. But after hitting a plateau in the SB diet, be it riddled with cheats, I have decided to go off the diet for two weeks. I am sitting for two bar exams next week and find solace in the occasional hot cocoa or plate of pasta. Or for example today, the corn muffin at lunch and godiva gift from my coworkers.
However, after these weeks of torment are over I plan on starting back on the lifestyle change I want to implement. Will you all be there to help me get back on, really on?
