I need opinions!
Dreamfields
This company advertises a low carb pasta that is supposed to be around 5 grams per serving, but tastes like 'normal' pasta.
BUT when I read the nutritional info, it states 42 grams of total carbs and only 4 grams of fiber. Then they say there are an additional 33 grams of undigestible carbs. Any idea what these could be? Do you think this is really a believable claim?
Your thoughts please!

I don't think I would try them. I mean I would have to know first what those mystery 33 grams are. And if they are undigestable, what happens to them? Seems like they are preying on people who don't read labels and take a low carb sticker for face value!
Ok, sorry, back to my adult-seriousness.
