So how are we all doing? What is everyone up to this week? Anyone have anything exciting planned???
I plan on going out of town on Friday, looking forward to a little vacation, just a weekend getaway to go visit an old friend. Should be a good time.
My goals for this week, is to keep bringing my lunch to work, drink lots of water, and no eating after 7pm. Working out every night this week, twice at the gym, and the rest of the days running at the track!
