  • Ok, I have come to the realization that I really need this, and with the number of us going back to induction, I'm not the only one. So start logging!
  • Monday
    Here goes.....

    7:00 - Coffee w/splenda (2)
    7:30 - String cheese (1)
    10:30 - 2 sausage links (0)
    12:30 - Chicken caesar salad (3)
    7:00 - Chicken parm w/a side of spaghetti (10)

    Total - 16

    Lunch: Burger - no bun (3)

    Snack: Pepperoni Stick (1)

    Dinner: Salad (6)

    Snack: Cheese (1)

    Total: 14

    L- Atkins Shake
    S- 3 oz Tuna, Grape Tomatoes
    D- Chicken Grilled
    Water !!!!

    2 oz cheddar cheese = 2
    crystal lite sunrise = 0
    water = 0

    guess Ill add in at the end of the day....not sure what I am having yet

    coffee - 1
    S - Pork rinds - 1
    L - burger w/broccoli - 3.2
    S - ????
    D - Steak w/steamed spinach - .4

    total - 9 (maybe I need to find some more carbs)
  • Monday (I'm behind)
    (Wasn't very hungry)

    Snack:
    2 slices cheese
    venison sausage (sm slice)

    Lunch:
    1 slice cheese

    Supper:
    2 small chicken strips
    1 c lettuce
    small dose of peppers
    1 slice cheese

    4 sausage links-0

    Lunch:
    2 slices cheese
    2 slices summer sausage

    10:30 - Mac & Cheese (lc version, of course!) (5)

    Total = 20

    Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and coffee (3)

    Lunch: Baja Fresh (5)

    Snack: Pepperoni Stick (1)

    Dinner: Salad (6)

    Total: 15

    They're eaten for supper. I usually eat a salad w/peppers, onions & sometimes tomatoes.
  • Brenda - Personally, I think you'd do much better if you added some veggies in more often.

    Well, I had to try a lower carb bagel this morning, so I'll be high today.

    I didn't realize how bad I've gotten! No wonder I haven't lost anything in almost 2 months! Grrrrrrrrrrr

    7:30 - LC blueberry yogurt (3)
    8:00 - Small triple sf vanilla breve (10)
    11:30 - Stuffed bacon cheeseburger (1)
    2:30 - Cucumber slices (1)
    8:00 - Salmon & spaghetti squash (4)
    9:00 - Cookie (6)
