would it be best

  • would it be best to lose weight first by doing arobics & then start lifting weights. So I can tell how big my musals are getting?

    or is it best to start doing both from the start?


    I want to lose alot of size.
    currently in a 13-14--- XL
    My goal is a size 7-8 -- M to S

    I want to be firm. but DON'T want to gain size.

    specially in my inner thighs or calfs


    Which is the best way??????????
