
Let's just say I am NOT stepping on a scale until Sunday's weigh in. Why do that to myself? I think my worst offense (there were so many...) was not drinking my water. ICK. My hands actually were swollen. And from a gal who drinks 1 gal + each day, I was missing my water. I have been back on the water bandwagon today and have made MORE then my share of trips to the potty.

So anyway, I was planning a trip back to Phase 1 anyway. Need to do some shopping before I can be OP the whole 2 weeks, so until Sunday...I am doing a mix of P1 and P2.
I AM GOING TO MAKE MY JULY GOAL.
