I was wondering if anyone knows if veg. burgers are ok in phase 1?
Either Gardenburger (the veggie medley or original) or the boca/veggielicious brand (looks and tastes more like a real burger).
Any help would be great!

It really depends on the ingredients. Check them out. If they include any sugars, look at the sugar level to gauge how much is in there. (Personally, I try to avoid anything over 3g of sugar if there is nothing else in there that naturally has some, like tomatoes or cheese) Also look for wheat products. I've found a couple that work on Phase II, but both have wheat products in them so I don't think you can eat them during Phase 1. You can usually check the ingredients online at the website for the company.

Soy is fine but corn and wheat are not on Phase I. I love veggie burgers.
