back to the board after hectic few weeks here in the uk.
I feel I have been very disciplined in my woe and after 4 weeks lost 11lbs. great. trouble is, and i know i'm perhaps unrealistic but i lost 9 of those in 2 weeks and nothing now seems to be budging! I have upped my carb content but only 25 and although i'm eating nuts and gorgeous atkins choco bars i'm still rigorous in counting and exercising 3 times a week. I go on holiday in just over 2 weeks and would like to squeeeze into existing clothes,so would it be beneficial to go back to induction do you think? have any of you done that to get some flab shifted quicker?any advice would be very gratefully received .love to all
