Hello,
I am new on the post. I am 27 years old and I have gained about 25lbs since I got married a year ago. And it doesn't flatter me because I am only 5'2. I don't want to gain anymore weight I want to be healthy and fit. How I was before I got married. I started dieting and working out about two months ago so far I have only lost three lbs. Fraustrating. I run about 4 times a week 4-5 miles a day. I also do cardio classes and weight training. But the weight just does seem to come off. My current weight is 155. My goal weight is 120. An suggestions?

Hi Belle and Welcome!!
My suggestion to you would be to just continue to do what you're doing. You're are definately on the right track. So keep up your workouts and your healthy way of eating and have some patience, it takes time for the weight to come off.
Try measuring yourself, you may see more results in the inches lost rather than what the scale says. With all that working out, I'm sure you're building muscle!! Also, evaluate what you're eating, maybe do a food journal and jot down everything you put into your mouth. (it can be amazing what you put in your mouth without realizing it)
I hope you find time to browse around and check out some of the other threads and get to know the place. Feel free to pop in and chat anywhere...you'll be welcomed by everyone.
Keep coming back and let us know how you're doing!!
Good luck!
Marti
