Home from vacation

  • Hello,
    We got back from Canada late Friday night. I had a great time on vacation, but it's always good to get back home.

    The falls in Canada were awesome. We did the Maid of the Mist and we spent a lot of time walking up and down the strip and to the falls. I bet we walked over 4 miles a day! and it's a step hill up that strip!

    We also went to Fort Niagra one day. It was so pretty there with Lake Ontario right there. I can't wait to get my pictures back.

    I'm getting things caught up at home; it's a lot of work when you get home! Tomorrow is back to work and I don't even want to think about my desk!

    It's good to see everyone.

    I was wondering how many of you keep a food journal or any other type of journal? I'm thinking about making it one of my goals; I know it helps me a lot, but I have a hard time sticking to it, especially if I get behind on it. Give me your thoughts about it.

    I highly recommend keeping a food journal. When I keep one, I do much better with my weight. I haven't kept one lately and I have been gaining. So today, I start journaling again. It works!!! It's also a good idea to include your exercise on it.
    Glad you had a great vacation. We went to Niagra falls years ago. I would love to go back sometime.
