Didn't I read somewhere that if you keep going on and off low carb eventually you screw something up and it doesn't "work" anymore? Kind of like screwing up the metabolism or something. So could that be the reason I've not lost weight again? Or is it just not going to show until a whoosh? I know I said the scale went down a pound...but I had gained to begin with. So why doesn't it just fall off (like water weight or something?).
ARGH!! I feel like I'm doing something wrong again. I just can't figure out what. Off to post what I ate yesterday.
