This site is way to big to go everywhere I love it all
but which is the best board to write low fat questions post my up progress. and hear how others on the low fat diet are doing. I have found alot of people are on the akins diet total oppisite from what I'm looking for.
I'm not very computer lit.
probable wouldn't have time to post everyday.
but would love to hear how others are doing and have someone care if I'm losing or answer to some one if I gain.
where is the best board.
