Yes, I do know that the first meeting is free, but after talking to the leader (?) and hearing about the group, I'm fairly confident I'll sign up on Monday night.
I talked to my husband lastnight and confronted him with all the issues I have with my image (he was previously unaware as to *JUST* how bad it was). And of course, he told me he'd support me in whatever I wanted to do. He's horribly notorious for suggesting drive-thru dinners and what have you, so I explained to him that I couldn't have one ounce of junk food/snackables in the house b/c I just don't have the will-power... not yet, anyway.
I'm very excited about the support group that TOPS offers and with the weekly weigh-in's... talk about your incentive!
Perhaps I'll be able to wear that cute little black dress out on my birthday afterall!
