Food Log: July 2-July 5 (Holiday Madness)

  • Ok, I have taken the plunge to commit to being good this weekend! I know there may not be any takers, but I promise to check in once a day and log/plan my food for the day in attempt to fight of the "cheat" monster!!!

    Today:

    1 egg/1 sl bacon/ 1 cup decaf coffee with 1 splenda

    Lunch plan:

    1 cheeseburger no bun w slice tomato, lettuce & mayo

    Dinner plan:

    Eat Out, probably Ruby Tuesdays with their wonderful LC Menu!!
