Hi everyone. I'm Dana, and I've been reading these boards for awhile and thought it might be time to introduce myself. I figure it's about time for my weight to stop yo-yoing (or going up, as my trend seemed to be!) I started off at about 245 and slowly but surely, I"m getting there. I've only lost 5 lbs in three weeks or so, but I've also been weight training and exercising faithfully, so hopefully my time will come.
