What does everyone have planned for this weekend???

I have rented a cabin for Monday-Wednesday so I won't be around for a couple days. I think I am gonna go today and get all the stuff we will need.

I hope someone will keep the threads going for a couple days

Good Morning everyone

Penny: It sounds like you have a fun time planned. Have fun today going out and getting all those things that you will need to take with you. Last year my hubby and I rented a cabin with a couple of friends for a vacation and it was so relaxing.

This year we are going to Niagra Falls, (in just a week!--I'm ready for the vacation!) So, next Saturday I'll be busy out shopping to for all those little things we need for the trip.

Today I'm working half a day, then going home to finish house cleaning. Then hubby and I are going out to dinner with friends.

I'm hoping to get a walk in there sometime today.

I'm on plan and I made sure I stayed that way when I went grocery shopping last night. I really, really, REALLY, wanted to buy these vanillia sandwich creme cookies. I love to dunk them in milk, but I know I can't control them, so I had a heart to heart talk with myself and asked myself which did I want more---a loss at the scales or those cookies---I want the loss..so I didn't buy them. I felt a little sad that I wasn't going to have them to eat when I got home from shopping, but then I thought about how great it will feel to put on my new bathing suit when we go on vacation and know that I'm 26+ lbs lighter (that's my TOPS loss so far..the other I lost before I joinged tops--total of 42 lbs! wow!)...that's better than those cookies!

Hey there...happy saturday.

I am at work. I ahve to work saturdays this month and July. I am hoping that I won't have to work saturdays in august. It is slow here today so that makes it an easy shift. I am here until 9pm atl tonight.

I was really good today. I am munching on sunflower seeds at my desk and I brought Tuna pitas for my lunch. I am eating one now as we speak. I have tomorrow off and I am cleaning my spare room so that it actually looks like a spare room and I am still working on the garden outside. That will depend on if it rains or not.

I am getting money for my birthday which is coming up in a couple of weeks and I am using most if not all the cash to start buying my scrapbooking stuff so I can start doing some on a regular basis. I am getting a schedule of classes that are offered around here so I can learn some of the different stuff you can do. I can't wait to just have supplies so I can sit down and just work on it.

Congrats on not getting the cookies. I have been there before also where I have had to talk to myself. I know when I first started doing the WW points plan I used to talk to myself all the time actually yelling at myself to keep me in line and I did great on plan. I know it was hard but each time you do it it will get easier and like you said you have lost so much weight so far and you can keep going by making those hard choices to be the right choices. Keep going girl. We are here backing you up. I will be on vacation the same week as you. We go July 3rd - 11th.

Did you get all you needed for your trip. I am sure you brad and the boys will have a great time. How far away is the camp? We go camping in a week and will stay in the popup camper we have. Glad to hear you are getting back on track yourself. You can do this.

Welcome back to the boards girl I have missed you and have wondered how you are doing. Sounds like you have a lot of yard work ahead of you. That will burn the calories up for you and make your home look great on the outside. Keep up the great work. Doing things like that keep you busy so that you don't think about eating because you are accomplishing something and in the end you can sit back and see what you have done.
You will like the scrapbooking. I know a few people that do it. I just don't have the time. I don't even have the time to get my pictures in the albums like I was doing I am over a year behind in doing that. I just got all megan's cards in her album from her birthday didn't do an album for the last 2 years for her like I wanted to.
I know it is hard to get back on track once you get off but doing things in your life that make you happy and keep you busy will help you to eat like you should so you aren't hungry all day long. You are satisfying yourself in other ways without food. I have found that is case for me anyway.

So how does it feel to be home girl. I will have to call you. Garrett will be here in no time at all. At least you are getting some things done. Don't forget to rest also. Have you had a babyshower yet? Are you getting excited? How about Brandon is he getting excited to? I know megan was excited and couldn't wait. Take care of you girl.

As for me I am doing great. We had megan's last Tee Ball game this morning and then she went with my best friend to an amusement park while we went to my husband's nephew's wedding this afternoon. We took Jesse with us.
I can't believe that Jesse is sleeping for 8-9 hours at night it is great not to be getting up at 5 in the morning lately.LOL
Ben's mom told my husband this morning at the game that we could take Ben camping with us when we go. So we get him for the week tomorrow night and we will have him for 3 weeks in a row. But the week we come back and he is here she is going to take him for a few days during that week. He will love being outside all day everyday up there at camp. Just have to figure out what to take with us for the 2 little ones. Also a friend of megan's (the little boy up the street that is 10) might go with us to. So in the tent will be megan and 2 other kids all week if he goes. Then the 2 little ones will stay in the camper with us. Megan and John spent the night in the camper last night and are out there tonight to. She will want to sleep in there all the time now. I will let her and her friend stay in there on tuesday when I watch my friends little boy on tues and wed this week. He is spending the night because she has to go out of town for work. Plus megan is having a pool party on tuesday and we have 8 kids coming for the afternoon and will stay for dinner then go home after that. So it will be a busy couple of days. Plus we are keeping Ben during the day this week instead of sending him to his aunts because both john and I are home and it is the last week I will be home before I have to go back to work. Then I won't see much of him after that only at night and on the weekends.
Not much else happening here. Still doing my exercises and they are working. I will be happy when the scales finally breaks the 189 mark. I did good eating today. I had cereal for breakfast then at at the wedding and that was it for the day. So we will see what happens on the scale in the morning.
Well I am going to go to bed it is nice to have the whole bed to myself at night.

Good night everyone and I will try and check in tomorrow. Nothing happening here tomorrow just want to clean my house before ben gets here for the week. My mom didn't come this week to clean so my floors need vacumming.
