I am so excited to have this opportunity and I hope to get this thread very active again!

My TOPS meeting today was awesome! I have joined back in and I hope to keep the motivation strong!

That is great you sound so motivated. You are an inspiration to us all because you have the motivation that it takes to get to your goal. I hope you have a great day on plan. Glad you liked the meeting. It helps when you find a good chapter. I love the idea of Tops and miss it but the chapter I was in isn't a good one.

I did great on plan yesterday. At at the buffet didn't have any dessert and other then a bowl of cereal last night it was my only meal. I should have had a loss but I gained again. I keep going back and forth between 189 - 190 on my scale. I was so happy that I weighed in yesterday at the Dr's office at 187 I couldn't believe it. The exercise is working because I see a difference in my body from doing them. Now if I could only break the scale.
I have to be at the hospital today at 6:45am for a 3 hour glucose/insulin test. She wants to make sure my levels are where they should be. If not then I will go on a medicine to keep them in control and let my body use the insulin better. She said this would help with the weightloss I asked her about that. This way we can control it before I end up being borderline diabetic again. Losing weight will help to ensure that I don't get the diabetes also. So we will see how the test comes out. I have to go back in sept for a check up. She wants to do this test once a year which I am fine with at least we will keep on top of it this time.
Well nothing else happening here. I actually get out of the house alone today. That will seem nice.LOL
