Checking the fat content is good, under 5g for 100g I check for. Look closely at your diet and note the things you eat most of and swap them for healthier options. Eat fruit regularly through the day and night to fill you up. If you binge on certain things don't buy them or buy them in small amounts. Just a couple of things I have been doing.
I don't keep crisps in the house as I would just eat them. I'm the same with wine if it is there I will just drink it. 
How is that possible?
Mmm crisps I had a bag a day last weekend when I was away but they are not coming into the house now I'm back.
