Changing one habit per week!

  • I was reading an article on making small changes to your lifestyle to help with weight loss so I thought if anyone was interested they could post what habit they want to start (or stop ).


    This week I will try drink 64 ounces of water each day.

    I've got my big WW mug at work and I am armed with Crystal Light drink mix!

    I would love to actually measure my food. *sigh* I always eyeball it...a great way to eat more than I should.

    Okay, this week, I'm changing that. Grrr!

    This week I'm writing down everything I eat. I've got a journal, and I'm going to go back to being a "list person".
  • Posting could help me with this! Rob and I decided about a month ago that we were going to do a new healthy (mental or physical) thing each week and by the end of the year we'd be so much better off. We're not doing too good at keeping it up.

    This week I'm going to replace more diet drinks with WATER. That is my all time least successful goal.
  • I gave up all diet drinks a while back and found I could give up Tums as well. The phosphoric acid and carbonation were making my stomach very queasy. BTW, phosphoric acid is the stuff they put in tile and toilet bowl cleaners. It removes soap scum.
