Can you Buy the Weight Watchers supplies

  • Hello I am new to this site and I do not even know where to post this question. I and my 13 yr. old daughter are going to curves for the exerise; however, their diet is to strict for my daughter. I was wanting to get the WW book to understand the point system. I think this is something we both could stick to. Here is my problem. I am already paying 50$ a month for us to attend Curves and I have to drive 25 miles. I can not afford WW and have to drive to my nearest location which is 45 miles. I wanted to just buy the books but I can not find a place to buy the main book.

    HELP
I am at my wits end.

  • You can get an At Home kit from the WW site. It's about $100, but you get journals, a calculator jobbie that tracks EVERYTHING, a points slider (you will need it), an activity points slider (ditto), some WW 2 pt bars, the complete food companion, the dining out companion, the Getting Started stuff and a few other things. I use most of the stuff daily and it was well worth the cost.
  • You can also get a lot of stuff on ebay and half.com
  • I have the calculator! it is awesome! I love it! it is great when you can't write things down. all of that stuff is definately worth the money! I hope you can get it!!! it will help you and your daughter reach your goals! good luck!
  • If you buy the supplies how do you know how many points you can use each day without actually joining?

If you join the online version do you have access to all of these things?

  • Some info will be in the stuff you buy. I got on here to ask the points chart because I lost mine. Most of us are pretty helpful.

less than 150# you get 20 points a day
    150-174 /22 points
    175-199/24 points
    -224#/ 26 points
    -249#/ 28 points
    -299#/ 31 points
    -324#/ 32 points
    and so on
