Last night, instead of my usual workout routine, I took a Spin Class. Anyone ever do this? Spinning is a great workout. It's a group (8 in our group) of stationary racing bikes. It's the 7 of us and the 1 instructor. She/he puts on music that she/he choreographed, starting with a slower song for your warm up, graduating to a faster beat. We bike to the music ~ sitting at times, standing with the resistance on for an "up a hill" feeling....this goes on for 40 FULL minutes! It was my first time. I've been watching them as I did my regular workout and my friend and I decided to give it a try. I have to say that it was really lots of fun. I will do it again and possibly try to do it at least once a week. Right now though, my butt is killing me!! Those seats are awful!!

Anyway, I think I should continue to post under exercise because it just might keep me motivated.
