Hey guys and gals,
After a year of weight lifting a riding my bike and trying to eat healthy, I was able to get down from 205 lbs to about 195. But I couldn't break that 190 barrier (I've been trying for the last 6 years).
I've been fighting weight since I was 13 (when I weighed 200 lbs and was about 4 inches shorter than I am now).
This January I started a fitness video program called Power 90 (it's a workout boot camp of sorts that you do for 90 days, hence the "90").
Anyway, I lost 30 lbs and 5 inches off my waist with this program. I just started my second round of the program June 1st. You can see my before and after photos here on my personal page

Also, you guys need to check out the movie SuperSize me if you haven't already... saw it the other day, it's a real motivation to stay out of the junk food places.
