* If you can't commit to a lifelong change (this means food AND exercise) don't expect to be successful.
Really, when it comes down to it, all 'diets' are the same. If you go on them, you'll probably lose weight. If you go off them, you'll gain. The trick is to re-learn your eating habits and change your attitudes about food and exercise and life in general sometimes. Eat healthy, whole food. Move. That's really the crux of it. It's what it takes to get there that you have to figure out and that's really a personal thing.
