Okay not really.

Anyway first of all, many threads have a weekly thread instead of a daily. Due to a recent lack of post, I was wondering if we should go in that direction for now, and if posts increase go back to the daily threads.

I am going to change my tenant insurance into homeowner's insurance today! Yah! I saw the Stepford Wives and the Day after tomorrow this weekend. The Stepford wives was really good. The Day After Tomorrow should be mandatory viewing for all politicians (okay, I know we aren't suppose to get into politics so I'll be quiet now).

Tonight I'll probably watch the french debates. I might workout too...

Hey everyone, I was gone most of last week, so that is why I wasn't posting. I had a good time, but really tired. And my girls missed me. I came back with a new attitude and I like that. I discovered that I was doing what people expected me to do and not what I really wanted. Like clothes and jewlery. I like to add a small hint of funky to me so that I feel good, but since I have had kids, some people make me feel like I am acting too young for my age. I am 32, not 60!! So today I am wearing a comphy casual mini with a knit top... ankle braclet, toe ring, big hoop earrings.... and a funky plastic flower ring that Emma gave me. I look normal, yet hip (in my eyes). And Monday night (last week) I got my haircut. I chopped a couple inches off and layered it and added bangs, and all of a sudden I feel young again and weight isn't as much of an issue. Because I am comfortable in my look. This is not to say I won't keep losing. But I am starting to like me again. And hubby was shocked that I was dressing like I did way back when we met!

So that's me for the day!

Morning ladies. I am having a killer headache this a.m. and have to deal with 6 screaming girls all afternoon. We started field trips this week for our client's. It should be fun but I am just not feeling up to it today. Oh well. I won't be around b/c of the field trip and tomorrow I will be off due to a funeral for DH's "grandmom" (she isn't a blood relative but very close to dh). I just thought I would let you know why I will be absent.

My eating has been HORRIBLE lately. I need to get back on track. I am still at 176 but hope to meet my goal for July 4th.

Ali~ I want to see Stepford Wives. I remember watching the original as a child and it really creaped me out.

Well I need to get to work since I won't be in the office tommorrow.

Ali - I am with you on a weekly thread til things pic up - there are only a few of us around lately - i Hope not b/c of our deep threads the past little while. I found them really helpful. I have been happy with the meetings lately - so I"ll probably keep going to them for a while - I'd like to actually DO THIS and reach goal so I don't have to pay anymore funny how money can be incentive.

Jen - isn't it funny how sometimes the smallest things can have such a major effect on us? Like a toe ring can just make a statement. and you know, you aren't the only ones that notice stuff like that - lots of people - esp corporate people - look for that little bit of "flair". I consider my bangs to be that way - I have fun with my bangs (as I don't want to cut off my hair until after the wedding).

Hey Beck - I hope the funeral goes OK - that's too bad about the grandmom. Don't forget to come back though - it's been too quiet!!

WEll, my golf lesson was awesome. DF and I had a lot of fun - but my arms and back are sore today - 2 hours of bending and swinging really catches up with you.

OTher than that, it was a busy weekend - we did rent something's gotta give though - it was cute - but I was all for her staying with Keanu. Yeah, I know, I am a loser. I Think Keanu is hot. How sad. I got to cuddle the Chunky Monkey (aka Genevieve) also. Got my baby fix!!!

This week is gonna suck again - just toooo busy. But I am OP and hope for good results. I have TOM pretty bad so hopefully it wears off by Wednesday night WI!!
