cheats

  • how often would you say you guys cheat, and to what extent?
  • I have been back on track for a week now and I haven't cheated yet. I have found that it's too hard for me too cheat "just a little". I simply fall off the wagon completely. Soooooo, I am doing my very very very best not to cheat AT ALL! It's hard has **** sometimes but so far so good. Now just pray for me.
  • I cheated Mother's Day and then again on Memorial Day weekend (the WHOLE weekend for both). Otherwise the only "cheat" I do is eating sunflower seeds and pistacchios (and now added muffins). I've also discovered once I TRULY cheat, it means the whole weekend is a bust. So I'm seriously trying NOT to do that again.
  • For the first 5 1/2 weeks I was on the program I did not cheat at all. Then after my first cheat I didn't cheat again for another 2 weeks I think. It just comes and goes.

    I think the key is to keep an "approved" snack with you at all times. When you first get hungry or a craving, drink water and if you have it eat an approved snack.

    If you must cheat, try to keep the volume down, don't get 3 xtra large servings!

    It's going to happen and we all know it, but just get back on track and you will be fine!
