I don't know if this is the right place for it but I've been on the beach for a week now and woohoo! I feel lighter and I'm so pleased with myself that I'm somewhere that doesn't drive me nuts, ie. a "lifestyle change" that has so much great food to offer...mmmm.. I've been using meal ideas from the threads like mad and I have started excercising a little, snicker snicker... anyhoo I don't know what else to say except it's all pretty cool....hmm, maybe if someone reads this and has the time they could fill me in a little on phase 2 ( the foods), just a little, I just can't really afford the book...that's it that's all, live and let live!
Welcome. I had been off, and now back on. I just keep remarking, I FEEL so much better. My skin is clearer, my tummy doesn't hurt so much. A number of reasons. Congrats!
