hello well i'm new here and feel kinda shy because i'm only 17 well i really want to lose weight but its really hard especially when you have a super thin sister that every one is always comparing you to. well i would really like a buddy to talk to i could really use the advice

Hi, i'm only 20, i know how you feel. everyone here seems so wisened up to the world and most importantly to themselves but they're all really nice and have heaps of practical advice. anyway good luck with your weight loss and look around its got inspiration galore on it.

I used to have that problem then my sis put some weight on although I wasn't as happy about it as I thought I'd be about it! These days the problem is more super thin friends and a super thin uni.

I'm 19 and although I've only lost 11lb I'd be happy to swap tips if you like.
