Hi all--
I'm at 309 and just getting started (my heaviest a few years back was 323). I've lost 50 or more a couple of times in my life. I'm 37, in the midst of getting a divorce (separated for four years). I'm a college professor, ultra busy, but I need to make weight loss a priority. I'd love to find a buddy in similar circumstances.

Do you have a specific diet plan in mind or do you hope to change your overall lifestyle? What kind of exercise would you like to do?
