Summer challenge updates

  • Just wondering how everyone is doing with their personal summer challenge...

    I am 3 weeks away from my date and I have managed to stay around 160lbs which means I need to lose 5 more lbs to reach my ww goal. I feel much fitter than I did in January when we started

    I still need to drink more water though...I end up forgetting about it on the weekends. In fact everything goes to **** for me on the weekends

    I am trying to work out an exercise and eating plan for weekends so I can stay on track. It ain't easy
  • i have backtracked. not eating healthy and too much beer on the weekends. so right now you could say i have failed miserably. but what to do except get back up and try again.
