but I am keeping my fingers crossed. I started the South Beach Diet a little over two weeks ago and I feel great. I really want to add some exercise. Anyone have any ideas, something fun that works?
I like the idea of a daily exercise log and can't wait to join in. Is there a daily food log as well?
What plan is everyone on here? Whether it be your own thing or something taken from a book (like myself
