Well.
This is interesting.
My face used to have these red blotches on the sides of my cheeks. They've disappeared. Now, mind you, I am only eating about 3-4 USDA sized servings of greens and yellows, but i do it every day. And my skin just looks better, softer and smoother and more even skin tone and i swear i'm not using any new and fabulously expensive skin care products.
may actually throw away the skin care products i already have if this keeps up!


A heart-healthy fat that tastes good, comes from Nature and not some chem lab, and is relatively cheap! I have been known to sop up what's left on the plate from whatever veggie dish I drizzled it on with a slice or two of crusty, dense sourdough-based bread.
