ok phase 2 people heres a good one!

  • So how many people find there selves feelinf full really quik...lol, For dinner tonite i grilled a portabello mushroom topped with turkey pastrami, tomato and hot pepper cheese and had a small salad with a few tomatos and i feel like i ate thanksgiving dinner...lol. By no means am i complaining. I am entering week two tomarrow and my portions are getting smaller, but yet i feel like i am heavier..lol. I dont wiegh till tomarrow so i wont know my success yet. Kinda scared to see what phase 2 has done.

  • Sounds like a yummy meal! I find that most times I need to eat frequent smaller amounts of food. If I have not had some snack or food in about 4 hours, I get very hungry and will eat a lot. I visited some friends on Sunday who served steak, salad, broccoli & cauliflower, and baked potatoes. I skipped the potatoes & felt fine.
  • That sounds great, I will have to try that sometime. I am less hungry but I would say my portion sizes at mealtimes are the same. I have always been a big eater, even as a skinny kid of 2 (yes two), I would order 2 eggs, sausage and pancakes at a restaurant. Hopefully it will wind up that I am eating smaller portions as well, my eyes are bigger than my stomach.

    I am sure you just feel heavier, you probably have lost anyways! Good luck
