So how many people find there selves feelinf full really quik...lol, For dinner tonite i grilled a portabello mushroom topped with turkey pastrami, tomato and hot pepper cheese and had a small salad with a few tomatos and i feel like i ate thanksgiving dinner...lol. By no means am i complaining. I am entering week two tomarrow and my portions are getting smaller, but yet i feel like i am heavier..lol. I dont wiegh till tomarrow so i wont know my success yet. Kinda scared to see what phase 2 has done.
