Monday first day starting back sugar busters. Went to gym 45 min cardio and 45 min weight traiing. Tueesday headed to do yoga and cardio tonight. Im a little sore! hehehe.
Tuesday- did 3 mile WATP tape and then had exercise class that evening. I did 45 minutes cardio and then worked abs. We normally do more toning, etc...but got a late start.
Wednesday- total body workout video(45 minutes), then 8 minutes on LTT(thigh machine), situps
