  • Monday
    Did 4.5 miles at 5am TIRED but HAPPY
  • Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 42 minutes (3 sets...Yeah!) Simple 7 Circuit TBT.
  • Monday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • 4 mile WATP tape(Monday)
  • Mon: 1 mile in the woods
  • Monday

    15 minutes on TM 40 wall squats and 4 leg/butt floor exercises.

    Tuesday. 1 mile on TM and 20 wall squats (so far)

  • Monday first day starting back sugar busters. Went to gym 45 min cardio and 45 min weight traiing. Tueesday headed to do yoga and cardio tonight. Im a little sore! hehehe.
  • Tueday-- Walked 2.06 miles, 5036 steps, 181 calories burned.
  • Tues: 1.5 miles in the woods
    and went to the gym and did: 1 mile elliptical, strength training circuit, 8 off-circuit machines
  • Tuesday, Did floor exercises for 20 minutes in addition to the 40 wall squats and 1 mile on TM

    Wednesday..

    1 mile on TM and 20 wall squats (so far)
  • Tuesday: Ab Scissor - 45 seconds x 4

    Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, treadmill 30 minutes.

  • Wednesday-- 15 minutes stretches, 41 minutes Simple 7 Circuit on TBT.
  • Tuesday- did 3 mile WATP tape and then had exercise class that evening. I did 45 minutes cardio and then worked abs. We normally do more toning, etc...but got a late start.

    Wednesday- total body workout video(45 minutes), then 8 minutes on LTT(thigh machine), situps
  • Wednesday: Curves 30 minutes
