Fit Day

  • Hey there -- your friendly Pain in the @ss again. I signed up for Fit Day years ago and felt it was a pain to use as I am always making up new foods.

    I decided to take the time and do it today. This is a pretty good sample of what I eat in a day [I also filled it out for today].

    Is this normal? If I hadn't eaten the extra nuts yesterday, I feel like I would be waaay below calories here [today is super low and I included dinner].

    Any input would be appreciated!

  • Looks OK for me. However, what kind of bacon was that? Remember bacon should be Canadian bacon or chicken/turkey bacon, not pork. Your fat seems a bit high to me. Calories look OK and so does fiber.
  • What kind of figures should we look for in regards to fat and fiber and calories? I realized I have been eating a lot of fat. I have tried not to but I guess it is adding up. Today already by the time I have my first snack, I will have already had 39. And I still have lunch and supper left.
  • there was no turkey or canadian bacon -- so I have been eating pork but center cut, low fat, not smoked.

    Damn.

    I feel like I screwed up today too [had some sugar free candy as well as dessert].

    It's been a bad day and I resorted to old habits. Onto tomorrow!
