Hi guys! I was contemplating Chinese food for lunch, but not sure about the carb count. There's a Chinese buffet close to work, so I was thinking about going there. I'm just not sure about the carb count when it comes to sauces. Anyone have any idea what's safe? They also have this portion where you can make a mongolian grill kind of a plate - where you pick your own items and they grill it for you.

When I go chinese I usually get steamed veggies & ckn, they put the sauce on the side but I wind up using soy OR you can bring your own.
