Bean Sprouts?

I have not actually started yet. Just bought the book tonight. I have a question. Where do bean sprouts fall? You know the kind in a can from LaChoy that you put in chop souey?

Can use some in Ph. I. I use fresh and canned also sometimes for stir fry.

I think spaghetti squash is a better replacement for pasta. But I love both the squash and the sprouts!

The one and only time I tried spaghetti sqash I didn't like it. But thats been several years. I am willing to give it a shot again. LOL

Oh wow! I didnt even think of that. Do you do that in the microwave or on top of the stove? Which cabbage? Or does it matter?

Around here there is only one type of cabbage, the kind for cole slaw! I do it on the stove.
