Bean Sprouts?

  • I have not actually started yet. Just bought the book tonight. I have a question. Where do bean sprouts fall? You know the kind in a can from LaChoy that you put in chop souey?

    Can use some in Ph. I. I use fresh and canned also sometimes for stir fry.

  • I think spaghetti squash is a better replacement for pasta. But I love both the squash and the sprouts!
  • The one and only time I tried spaghetti sqash I didn't like it. But thats been several years. I am willing to give it a shot again. LOL

  • Oh wow! I didnt even think of that. Do you do that in the microwave or on top of the stove? Which cabbage? Or does it matter?
  • Around here there is only one type of cabbage, the kind for cole slaw! I do it on the stove.
